As the sun sets during the welcome dinner, we'll take turns heading across the street in shifts to Straus's private beach to kayak around Tomales Bay. Depending on when you go out, you'll either experience a stunning sunset or some delightful bioluminescence.

Eric is bringing his favorite yoga instructor, Jeremy, to lead a beginner-friendly yoga class to start the day off right! Join us in Straus's barn (with a heated floor!) for a morning of stretching, breathing, exercise, and meditation.

meadery tour & tasting

Heidrun Meadery • 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM • Kid-friendly • ~$45 per adult (exact price TBD)

We've reserved Heidrun Meadery's private tour and tasting slots for our guests! Heidrun is the only meadery in the world that uses the champagne method to make mead, resulting in a dry, clean, and not-too-sweet delight where you can really taste the differences between the honeys they use. It's one of our favorite places in Point Reyes, and we'd love to share it with you!

shuttle service to straus

If you are staying in Petaluma or coming up from the Bay Area for our ceremony/reception, please take the shuttle from Hotel Petaluma at 2:45 PM! Do not drive to Straus - parking is very limited, and we need to reserve those spots for folks who are staying in the Point Reyes area.

The main event! The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, entertainment, and dancing.

shuttle service to petaluma

The return shuttle will leave Straus Home Ranch at 10:00 PM.

It's hard to say goodbye, but at least we'll do it in style! Join us for a casual picnic lunch back at the ranch before you head back home or to the airport.
